Geir became the co-founder of the SoftOx Group in 2008. He worked for five years as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and nine years in governance, risk management and compliance (GRC), including seven years as risk manager for KLP Asset Management.

He spent the last nine years working in business development in Norway and Poland, including four years as CEO and part owner in Polfarm Sp. z o.o.. Geir has a broad network both in Norway and internationally.
