SoftOx has received positive results from testing on animals – warns of potential covid-19 breakthrough

The disinfection company reports positive results from testing an inhalation solution on minipigs, and describes these as a potential breakthrough in the fight against the coronavirus and covid-19.
According to the company, the study results are “very promising” with regard to their development of technology for the treatment of respiratory infections, including covid-19.
“The results indicate that we have found” safe “concentrations that do not damage the airways while we have an antimicrobial effect,” the company says.
SoftOx states that the company will now plan the first testing of the inhalation solution on humans.
– Unlike many other treatments, our treatment is directly inactivating the coronavirus, says SoftOx manager Geir Almås in the message.
With Friday’s rise, the SoftOx share is up more than 100 percent so far in 2020.
